Lopez Miras said that "one more year exceeds expectations with the Festival of Theater, Music and Dance of San Javier", and stressed that "thanks to San Javier, the Region of Murcia is once again a benchmark of culture at the national level "
Also, the president recalled the 111th anniversary of the birth of Cartagena writer Carmen Conde, and the recent death of Paco Martín, director of the Sea of ​​Music of Cartagena.
