San Javier is preparing for the Halloween party 2018 (24/10/2018)

The Plaza de España in San Javier will host a family Halloween party on Wednesday, October 31 with an afternoon full of activities for all audiences in which there will be a costume contest that this year includes a prize for the best family costume.

"We intend that families participate together with a collective disguise," explained Councilman for Culture, David Martinez during the presentation of what will be "an afternoon full of terrifying activities and fun."

A "little witch" will be in charge of chaining a party of costumes, games and children's entertainment, a pumpkin decorating workshop, storytellers, zombies, popcorn for everyone and much more, with a DJ who will put the soundtrack in the afternoon, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

David Martinez encouraged, also, to visit neighborhoods like El Alto del Villar, in San Javier, where Halloween is lived with special intensity, and where you can visit some private houses decorated for the occasion.

In El Mirador, the civic center square hosts a theme party dedicated to the youngest from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

The Halloween party, which is celebrated with the participation of the councils of Culture, Youth and Celebrations, is also lived intensely in La Manga del Mar Menor where the City Council collaborates with Galerías El Flamenco and the Leisure, Culture and Sports Association of La Manga in an afternoon program that includes several terror stagings, such as a zombie cemetery or a tunnel of terror, workshops, and performances from 7:00 pm at Galerías El Flamenco.

The mayor recalled that, also, in Santiago de la Ribera the youth association VIVEN has organized together with several catering establishments one Halloween night for October 31.
