| He has asked Counselor Antonio Luengo about the degree of implementation of the actions contemplated in the precautionary measures approved last July by the Governing Board | The president of the CHS, Mario Urrea has attended the meeting of said Forum, which is also attended by the other administrations involved: regional and local, as well as the demarcation of coasts and the delegation of the Government of Spain in Murcia. The ecological situation of the Mar Menor has been analyzed, as well as the collaboration protocols between administrations, and the actions carried out and under the jurisdiction of the different administrations. In particular, the president of the CHS has informed the Counselor Antonio Luengo, of the exploitation of the elevation of the Rambla del Albujón, which has been out of operation since October 28 due to a fault that could not be repaired due to the lack of the mandatory authorization of the DG of Natural Environment until last Tuesday proceeding at that time to its immediate repair.

It has also reported the request to process a generic authorization before the DG of Natural Environment, CARM to avoid these delays in undertaking the repairs. Regarding the precautionary measures approved by the CHS Governing Board on 7/16/20, it has been asked about the degree of implementation of the same in the relevant aspects of the autonomous administration, since certain deadlines established in them they have already been overcome. Likewise, and in relation to Law 3/2020 on the recovery and protection of the Mar Menor, it has also been asked about aspects that have expired deadlines, in particular by the Register of sanctioning files on the integral protection of the Mar Menor. Finally, and in relation to the coordination mechanisms on the surfaces detected in irrigation without accreditation of rights, a more agile mechanism for transferring information has been proposed, so that the CARM can undertake the actions of its competence without delay, since that apparently of the 129 files communicated by the CHS, and which correspond to more than 2,000 hectares, only 51 of them have been initiated by the CARM. Once again, the need to carry out exhaustive control in the application of nitrates in agriculture as well as their sensorization and monitoring to achieve NO DETERIORATION of the Campo de Cartagena underground water mass has been highlighted. The president, Mario Urrea, has transferred the commitment of the CHS to reverse as soon as possible and with the best available techniques the state of the aforementioned body of water, for which full cooperation and coordination with the rest of the administrations is required.
