The land in question, which appears in the Municipal Inventory, comes from a free transfer of 3,360 square meters made by Best Spain, SA in favor of the City Council in 1994, located in the polygon K-1, plot A-4, of La Manga del Mar Menor, where the municipal inspection report included the installation of two hotel terraces, one closed with an area of 250 square meters and a pergola of 197 square meters.
