The period of request for places in educational centers for the 2018-19 school year, in the two cycles of Pre-school, Primary, Secondary and Baccalaureate Education, opens on Monday, March 5, until the 16th of the same month.
The application forms will be available at the educational centers and can be downloaded through the electronic administration website of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia.
Once completed, they must be delivered to the first option center.
In the case of Infant and Primary on May 10 will be announced the provisional allocation of places and on June 1 the final to proceed with registration until June 5.
Applications for Secondary and Baccalaureate will be resolved provisionally on June 4 and final on July 6, with four days, until June 10, to formalize enrollment.
On the occasion of the start of the process of awarding places in schools, this morning the local commission of schooling in which the centers and associations of mothers and fathers were represented, as well as the regional administration with an inspector of Education and the City Council, by the councilor of Education Catalina Pérez.
From the Department of Education remember the importance of pointing more than one center, with the first option and remember that this year, for the first time, it will be necessary to sign the father and mother or guardians of the child in the admission process, in prevention of possible disagreements in cases of separation or divorce.
Among other novelties, on this occasion the information channels on the allocation of places are expanded, by telematic means if the families opt for this possibility in their application, as well as that the mothers can claim their pregnancy for the computation of a large family.
