Lorenzo Albaladejo exposes Athlete Olympic diplomas and works with disabled athletes Aidemar (29/11/2012)

Athlete Lorenzo Albaladejo Murcia opens tomorrow Friday, December 28, at 10.30am, in the municipality of San Javier, exposing their Olympic diplomas recently collected.

Fruit of the marks achieved in the London 2012 Paralympic Games, where Spain won the record after making the 100 meters in 11.79 seconds and finished seventh and first European athlete in the 200 meter dash.

The event was attended by the sports council of the municipality of San Javier, Carlos Albaladejo, Aidemar President-Association for the Integration of the Disabled of the Comarca del Mar Menor, Francisco Javier García, and a group of disabled athletes from this group, which hold a meeting with Lorenzo Albaladejo, to learn more about Paralympic athlete and enjoy sporting their recommendations and advice.

These athletes nationwide participating in various sports such as basketball, swimming, football, golf, table tennis, athletics, cross country skiing and horseback riding.

They consider Lorenzo as one of the greatest milestones and a true sports role model.

Therefore, the Paralympic runner alongside HIMOINSA, the company that sponsors, a charitable initiative designed to coincide with the Christmas season, to raise funds for the group Aidemar, depositing a piggy bank in the lobby of the City of San Javier and inviting all citizens to visit the exhibition of Olympic diplomas and economic collaboration with the initiative.

HIMOINSA, company's energy sector, fabricator of generators, has created Himoinsa Team, sponsoring sports events and figures as Miguel Puertas, Dakar rider Lorenzo and Albaladejo, Paralympic athlete.

Albaladejo Lorenzo Martinez (Murcia, May 4, 1990).

Paralympic athlete in the T38 category.

He suffered a cerebral palsy because of problems at birth.

Athlete trained from the outset by Salva Romero, has belonged to the School Athletics Club San Javier (Murcia) until season 2011/2012.

Since the season 2012/2013 belongs to the Club of San Diego Athletics Gredos (Madrid).

He has trained and lived until season 2011/2012 between San Javier and Murcia city, but in the season 2012/2013 transferred his residence and place of training to CAR in Madrid, where he will train orders Jorge Marin.

It is part of the Spanish Federation of Sports for people with Cerebral Palsy (FEDPC) from the 2011/2012.

In that season managed to be champion of Spain in the 100 and 200 meter dash in the Championship of Spain played in Basauri (Vizcaya).

His personal bests, which at the time was 11.80 seconds in the 100 meters and 23.98 in the 200 meters and already have earned him the record for Spain in its class (T38) in both tests, allowed him to be selected to participate, also with the national team at the Paralympic Games in London, where he would end winning two Olympic diplomas (ranked 6th in the 100 meters with a mark of 11.79 seconds, which meant new record in Spain and gave the possibility of being the first European business in the end of this test, and ranked 7th in the 200 meters with a mark of 23.61 in the semifinals seconds, which meant new record of Spain - just 4 hundredths of Record Europe-and allowing him to be the only European qualified for the final.
