The Center for Technology Transfer Demonstration and El Mirador, located in San Javier, expand its surface with a new plot of 7,000 square meters which gives the local council, said the Minister of Water, Agriculture and Environment, Adela Martinez -Cachá at the opening of the First Day Horticultural Sector, held in this experimental farm.
According to the minister, "this expansion will improve facilities and expand the area in which to investigate new varieties".

The farm has a total of 26,509 square meters of land in which there have been more than 200 trials on new crops (vegetables and citrus), fertilization, plant protection products, biodegradable plastics, beneficial insects, alternatives to methyl bromide, densities and frames planting and use of meshes in citrus and hydroponics.
