The mayor José Miguel Luengo yesterday signed the renewal of the collaboration agreement with the Association "El Nińito Jesus", dedicated to the help of people without resources, who will receive a municipal contribution of 4000 euros.
The Association, chaired by María Jesús Gallego, manages both food donations, which they receive from companies and deliver to needy families, as well as economic aid that they receive through charitable funds and that are dedicated to textbooks, rents, receipts and other expenses of the domestic sphere.
The Association has about 50 volunteers and in the last year it served more than 120 families.
