A total of 16 actions in streets and squares of San Javier are executed under the Works and Services Plan for a total amount of about 224,000 euros, of which more than 210,000 are contributed by the Autonomous Community and the rest by the City Council of the locality.
The general director of Local Administration, Manuel Durán, together with the mayor, José Miguel Luengo, visited some of the works already completed, among which are those corresponding to Alonso Vega Street and Parque del Esperanto, consisting of paving the plaza, provision of new public lighting, new playground and playground for biosaludables.
The set of actions covers a total area of ​​almost 27,000 square meters, and consists mostly of the paving of various streets, with improvement of the rolling layer of existing roads, and replacement of existing horizontal signage.
