The posters of the International Jazz Festival of San Javier and the International Festival of Theater, Music and Dance of San Javier will travel around the world this year thanks to the collaboration between the City Council and the Post Office in San Javier that have published a thousand cards postcards with the reproduction of the posters of the 2018 edition of both festivals.
The cards that will be distributed free and franked in the municipal Tourism office and in the Almansa Park auditorium, were presented this morning at the City Hall of San Javier by the mayor, José Miguel Luengo, the councilman of Culture, David Martínez and the director from the post office in San Javier, Juan José Alonso who was "delighted to be able to collaborate in the dissemination of the festivals of San Javier" while claiming the charm of sending these types of postcards in the era of technology .
The mayor thanked Correos for its collaboration in the implementation of this initiative, which will even include a mailbox in the auditorium for its delivery and that will allow the diffusion of the festivals that start next Saturday, June 30 with the first concert of the Jazz Festival that continues during the month of July, followed by the Theater Festival that takes place in August.
The mayor of Culture, David Martinez recalled that the cards incorporate a QR code to access the websites of the two festivals.
