The mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo and the parish priest of San Javier, Juan Prieto have signed the renewal of a collaboration agreement through which the City will provide the Parish of San Francisco Javier a total of 12,500 euros to be spent on maintenance of the Parochial Museum that thousands of people visit every year.
The maintenance of the Museum's guide, the publication of a catalog, and the pending restoration of several pieces are some of the investments planned by the Museum managers to which the municipal contribution will contribute, as explained by the parish priest Juan Prieto during the signing ceremony. the one that was present the councilman of Culture, David Martinez.
The mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo stressed the importance of preserving and maintaining the cultural and artistic heritage of the municipality so that in addition to thanking the work of the parish guaranteed municipal support in that line.
