The painting exhibition "Volum.4 Variations around Jazz", which can be seen in the hall of the City Hall, is extended these days with a sample of 17 new works, large format, which can be visited in the gardens of the Casa Barnuevo, from Santiago de la Ribera, until August 5th.
The exhibition, with the work of a collective of painters from Barcelona and organized by the Department of Culture of the City of San Javier, tries to bring the world of jazz to the visual arts with works done in various techniques with jazz as a theme.
The sample of San Javier, which now unfolds in the Barnuevo House, is the fourth meeting of the project led by the painter Gonzalo Elvira, after "Jazzuela" that was presented coinciding with the Barcelona Jazz Festival 2013, followed by two other dates , at the jazz festivals of Terrasa and Lleida.
