The Local Youth Council and the VIVEN Youth Association have joined, together with two bars of Santiago de la Ribera, Anubis and Appalache, to celebrate a "Solidarity Tardeo", tomorrow, Saturday, December 22nd.
It is a leisure and recreational activity with a social component that aims to collect toys that will be distributed through Cáritas in Santiago de la Ribera.
During the presentation of the event, its managers explained that all those who deliver a toy will get a discount voucher delivered by participating bars that will take music and bars to the street from 4pm.
Councilor for Youth, Estíbaliz Masegosa, who supported the initiative with her presence, highlighted the fact that young people take advantage of this type of event to give them a solidary character and encouraged them to continue working along these lines.
In the same act, the youth association VIVEN, which has joined the Local Council of Youth, took the opportunity to make itself known by explaining its objectives and lines of action.
