The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has arrested in San Javier, the alleged perpetrator of the physical and sexual assault, and robbery with violence committed against a woman during an interview of both, on the occasion of the repair of the girl's vehicle.
The events took place at dawn of last Monday, day 14, when the Civil Guard was alerted by an alleged aggression suffered by a woman who, after this, fled from the place aboard her vehicle while being followed by her supposed aggressor.
A police device allowed to locate both vehicles and identify their occupants when they were driving through a roundabout at the exit of the municipality of San Pedro del Pinatar.
The woman informed the agents that minutes earlier she had gone to a spot in El Mirador-San Javier, to meet an acquaintance who had delivered her vehicle to be repaired.
During this interview and since she did not bring cash to pay the amount of the settlement, this individual hit her against the car, threw her on the ground and began to strip her of the clothes while trying to introduce her to her home, claiming that if she did not pay him , I would have to have sex with him.
In addition, he subtracted his wallet with 45 euros.
The young woman could escape and flee, while communicating the facts to the Civil Guard, who could locate them outside of San Pedro del Pinatar.
The suspect male, 41 years old and a resident of San Javier, was arrested as an alleged perpetrator of the crimes of assault, attempted sexual assault and robbery with violence.
The arrested and the proceedings have been made available to the Court of Instruction No. 1 of San Javier (Murcia).
