The Association of Parents of Children with Hearing Deficits (APANDA) began last Monday to serve in San Javier with the opening of a point of care, information and rehabilitation logopédica located in the CEIP "El Recuerdo", thanks to a collaboration agreement signed with the City of San Javier.
Councilor for Education Catalina Pérez visited the service that will operate from Monday to Friday from 4:45 to 7:30 p.m. and met with the technicians and people in charge of APANDA who are already serving in San Javier ten families that until now had to travel to the headquarters of the association in Cartagena.
Catalina Pérez recalled that from now on, all families from San Javier or Mar Menor surroundings that require this service will not have to travel every day, but will be able to receive it in San Javier.

The Association of Parents of Children with Hearing Deficits (APANDA) attends from its headquarters in Cartagena, not only children, as in San Javier, but also young people and adults with speech pathologies by providing speech therapy, psychomotor, psychopedagogical, music therapy , early attention, family support, accessibility programs for communication and language, personal autonomy and social inclusion.
