The World Environment Day has not gone unnoticed in the schools of the municipality.
In the school "Sacred Heart", of San Javier they have presented today the "Recycling Robot", a robot that will be in charge of collecting the waste and depositing them in the mobile eco-park in his visit to the center, in an act that has had the presence from the Councilor for Public Services, María Dolores Ruiz, who reminded the students of the importance of this type of action so that San Javier remains one of the most recyclable municipalities in the Region of Murcia.
In addition, the Primary students have brought to school today the seedlings that were taken two months ago to care at home, which had already sprouted peppers and tomatoes.
Also at the school "El Recuerdo", Councilor for Education, Catalina Pérez congratulated all students who have worked on environmental issues during the course, on a day that they took advantage of to value and award a series of awards to institutions and companies different areas that are distinguished by their effort in the care of the environment and that will be delivered at a gala on June 20.
