Bankia and Cajamurcia Foundation, within the agreement signed in the area of ​​Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) between both entities, have signed an agreement with the City of San Javier to collaborate with the two international festivals that are held in this town: the XXII International Festival of Jazz and the L International Festival of Theater, Music and Dance.
The agreement has been ratified by the president of Fundación Cajamurcia, Carlos Egea, and the mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo, in an event in which the corporate director of Bankia Territorial in Murcia and Alicante, Olga García, also participated.
The support for these two festivals reinforces Bankia and Cajamurcia Foundation's commitment to culture in the Region of Murcia, where both entities already collaborate with various socio-cultural events and programs.
From June 28 to July 27, the XXII International Jazz Festival of San Javier will offer a total of 28 concerts, framed in an attractive program that includes Chick Corea, Ron Carter, Steve Gadd, Marcus Miller, Maceo Parker and The Waterboys, among other musicians.
On the other hand, from July 31 to August 25, the L International Festival of Theater, Music and Dance will celebrate its 50 years of history with prestigious artists such as Nuria Espert, Rafael Álvarez 'El Brujo', Els Joglars, Lluís Homar or the award-winning company Alquibla Teatro Murcia.
