San Javier City Council will subsidize basement waterproofing and sealing works with 95 percent of ICIO to prevent water table spills (22/10/2019)

The City Council of San Javier offers a 95 percent bonus of the share of the Tax on Constructions, Installations and Works (ICIO), and technical advice to buildings that must waterproof and seal their basements to avoid the evacuation of water from the level water table to the existing stormwater network.

This has been communicated by the mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo in a side in which it is explained that the City Council works together with the General Directorate of the Environment of the Region of Murcia in the regularization of rainwater discharges channeled to the Mar Menor which entails the withdrawal of the receiving water table conduits that occur in Santiago de la Ribera.
