The III edition of the Solidarity Lazo Race held on Sunday, November 3 in San Javier will be dedicated this year to the Murcia Red Cross program "In family by right" that promotes the alternative care of children in situations of helplessness by families of reception.
The solidarity race of 5 km, which welcomes participants of all ages and physical conditions, including also the walking and children's tests, is organized by the local Track & Field Sport Team with the collaboration of the City Council and Decathlon San Javier and others sponsoring companies

the sports director of the Track & Field Sport Team club, Juan Antonio Gatón, together with Macarena Gijón of Decathlon San Javier and the representatives of the Red Cross Murcia, Mariló López and Marisa Gómez presented this morning at the City Hall of San Javier the race they expect to reach to the 600 participants.
Juan Antonio Gatón explains that the race will be held on Sunday, November 3 from the Decathlon esplanade where at 10: 00h the departure will be given with a new route that includes the center of San Javier, arriving at the Almansa park to line the Aviation Avenue Spanish until the crossing of Cuatro Picos and return by internal routes to the El Pino polygon where the goal will be a few meters from the Decathlon esplanade.
The youngest, up to 14 years old, can participate in children's tests with tests of 250, 550 and 1000 meters next to the finish area, at 11:30 a.m.
The bibs, which include a complete runner's bag, are on sale at www.lineadesalida.net until Thursday, October 31 at 8:00 p.m. and until the day of the race at Decathlon, where you can also collect the runner's bag in advance. .
The price of the numbers is 9 euros for runners, 7 euros for dealers, and 5 euros for children.
The Councilor for Sports, Sergio Martínez thanked the work carried out by the Track & Field Sport Team using solidarity sports for the benefit of different causes and encouraged the participation "in a race that can be enjoyed as a family."
The head of Decathlon San Javier, Macarena Gijón also highlighted sport and solidarity as shared values ​​with the organizing club.
Mariló López thanked the Red Cross Murcia as the beneficiary of the race, which will allow further progress in the alternative care program "so that children grow up by family law."
