More than 6500 spectators, 35 percent who in the last edition, have enjoyed the only Murcia event this year with the World Padel Tour, the Challenger San Javier 2019 that has been held, from October 20 to 27, in the central track of the Plaza de España, with the previous phases in the Club Villaescusa and on the tracks of the municipal sports center.
The event of San Javier, which is positioned as one of the Challenger circuit tournaments with the greatest impact, welcomed this year as an initiative launched by the City of San Javier and the organization of the tournament, which allowed hundreds of students from Municipal schools, enjoy the games on the central court on October 24 and 25.
In addition to numerous fans from all over the Region of Murcia and nearby provinces, thousands of people were able to witness online the finals with more than 30,000 views on the streaming broadcast, more than 240,000 impressions on Twitter, 200,000 on Instagram and 50,000 on Facebook.
The couple formed by Coki Nieeto and Javi Rico prevailed in the men's final, category in which 96 couples participated while Delfi Brea and Bea González were proclaimed winners in the female category that had the participation of 48 couples.
