The Councilor for Social Services, Estíbaliz Masegosa inaugurated today the food collection campaign that Carrefour San Javier has launched in collaboration with Cáritas San Javier from Friday 22 to Sunday 24 December.
The hypermarket manager, located in the Dos Mares shopping center, Francisco Martínez, explained that the food collected during the three days of the campaign will be distributed in the municipality through Cáritas San Javier, so non-fresh products, such as milk, are recommended. sugar, flour, cookies, pasta, rice, preserves, oil, baby food and the like.
Donations can be deposited in the containers that have been enabled at the entrance of the hypermarket.
This edition aims to reach one and a half million foods exceeding one million three hundred thousand last year.
