The Councilor for Education, David Martnez has received today in the City Council a group of students and teachers participating together with the IES "Ruiz de Alda", of San Javier, in the Erasmus + project "Neuroscience and learning."
The project led by France, with the participation of Spain, Portugal, Italy and Romania, has high school students to study the application of scientific advances in both learning and teaching.
The IES “Ruiz de Alda”, which represents Spain, participates, like the rest of the countries with six students and two professors who will perform in a total of five mobilities in the different countries.
During their stay this week in San Javier, participants in the project will work on the theory of multiple intelligences and short-term memory.
The project will be dismissed in Bari, Italy, next March.
In addition to working on the project, the group will take the opportunity to visit the region during the next few days in Murcia and Cartagena.
Before leaving, next Saturday, the hosts of San Javier have prepared a farewell dinner with a show included in which they will be shown traditional dances and music from the Region of Murcia, with the participation of the Mar Menor Choir and Dance group , of San Javier, and other performances with Spanish seal, for which they have had the collaboration of the Conservatory of San Javier.
