They moved to an enclosure where diesel was stored and seized more than a thousand liters of fuel
One of those arrested, who was being searched for justice for his detention, has been imprisoned
The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed in Murcia and Los Alcázares the operation 'GASTER', an investigation to clarify the subtraction of diesel fuel from agricultural farms, which has resulted in the arrest of one person and the investigation of a second , both with a broad criminal record, as alleged perpetrators of the crime of robbery with force.
The investigation began last January, when civil guards of the ROCA teams (against robberies in the field) were aware of the robbery committed in an agricultural facility, located in the Murcian district of La Tercia, from which more than a thousand were stolen liters of diesel fuel.
The Civil Guard examined the criminal scenario, a fenced enclosure that housed agricultural fuel tanks, located in an isolated location, difficult to locate and with low traffic of vehicles.
From that moment, the agents collected the necessary evidence and testimonies that allowed them to identify a tourism that had been seen in the time slot in which the robbery was committed, in a nearby area, with several individuals inside.
As a result of the analysis of the information obtained, the agents recognized two experienced criminals who had been arrested by the Civil Guard in a previous operation, in this case as alleged perpetrators of theft with force of the aluminum doors of the cemetery of the district Murcia from Avileses.
After carrying out numerous police devices, the Benemérita has completed the 'GASTER' operation with the arrest of a 49-year-old male and of Spanish nationality;
and with the investigation of a second man, of 29 years, both as alleged perpetrators of robbery with force.
So far, the Benemérita attributes to the arrested their alleged participation in at least two stolen fuel bonuses in a farm in La Tercia-Murcia;
and of another robbery of the same nature committed in the municipality of Los Alcázares.
The arrested and the proceedings have been made available to the Court of Instruction of San Javier, whose owner has ordered the entry into prison of one of those arrested on which weighed an arrest warrant.
The investigation remains open to determine the alleged participation of other people.
