Outside these hours, calls will be answered from the Security Center on the phone 661 561 455. The municipal Social Services have also reinforced the Home Help service and Municipal Telecare with tasks of supplying drugs and food to its users. .
In terms of care, Cáritas San Javier and Cáritas Santiago de la Ribera have been added, which have been offered to the Department of Social Rights to support people or families suffering the economic consequences of confinement, expanding their usual distribution of food for those cases that are derived from the municipal Social Services that are still operating with telephone assistance at the number 968 190 782, operating from 09:00 to 14:00.
The Social Services Center will also channel through the same number the "Solidarity Call" service that has been launched by the Association of Relatives of Alzheimer's Patients of Cartagena and Region (AFAL) with the aim of mitigating the loneliness and anguish that In a special way it can provoke the situation of isolation in elderly people and people with reduced mobility.
