| The City of San Javier, through the municipal Occupational Risk Prevention service, will continue to test the rest of the employees during the next days | The San Javier City Council, through the municipal Occupational Risk Prevention service, continues to carry out rapid blood tests on municipal employees to detect possible positive cases of COVID infection19 and contribute, where appropriate, to the arrest of the chain contagion. So far, a total of 211 tests have been carried out on essential service workers, of which 208 have been negative in IgG and IgM, indicating that they have not been in contact with the virus, and only 3 have tested positive for IgG and IgM negative, revealing that they have passed the infection before but does not persist at the time of the test.
The tests carried out so far correspond to the Local Police, Civil Protection and Public Services. The San Javier City Council began to carry out the tests among municipal employees on May 14 through Semusad as a third-party Prevention Service in collaboration with a laboratory approved and prescribed by a doctor from the Prevention service.
The tests began with priority given to the services with the highest exposure compared to COVID19, in accordance with the latest evaluation of the Occupational Risk Prevention service.
During the next few days, the rest of the municipal employees will continue to be tested.
