| Emergency services have rescued and treated two people injured in the fire in a house that occurred this morning in San Javier | Emergency services have rescued and attended this morning two people, mother and daughter, who were injured during the fire in their home, a second floor of a building on Calle Mártires, in San Javier.1-1-2 received calls reporting the fire at 2:30 am.
They indicated that they saw flames inside the house and that inside there was a person who could not go out.
Patrols of the Local Police, Civil Guard, firefighters from the Consortium of Fire Extinguishment and Rescue of the Region of Murcia and ambulances with health personnel from the Municipal Emergency Service and the Emergency Management and Health Emergencies 061 mobilized to the site.The firefighters put out the fire and rescued the trapped person, a woman between 30 and 40 years of age who, after being stabilized by the health workers, was transferred to the "Virgen de la Arrixaca" hospital in Murcia with very serious burns.
Another woman, about 70 years old and mother of the previous one, was taken to the "Los Arcos del Mar Menor" hospital in San Javier affected by smoke inhalation.Image provided by CEIS
