| The mayor of San Javier and president of the FEMP Environment Commission, José Miguel Luengo participates in the webinar that relates technology to the environmental challenges of municipalities and companies | The technological challenges that municipalities face in environmental management and adaptation to the 2030 agenda will be the starting point of the webinar "Environmental Technological Challenges" that will be held tomorrow, Wednesday, June 24 at 10:00 am with free registration . The mayor of San Javier and president of the environment commission of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, José Miguel Luengo will be one of the participants in the seminar that will feature Pilar Vázquez, president of ANEPMA; Juan José Almela, Dean of the Professional College of Computer Engineering Graduates; Pedro Toledo, CEO of Movisat and Pedro Atenza, head of Sercomosa's urban environment area. The seminar addresses environmental protection and innovation as generators of business and employment, in a symbiosis capable of promoting new investments.
Guaranteeing the protection of the environment in both business and administration activities and cost savings through adequate technological management of resources is the objective of this seminar open to anyone interested. Participants will try to answer questions such as what are the technological challenges of cities in terms of the environment, the problems that municipalities face when managing urban waste or what technological solutions are currently on the market for urban cleaning, among many others. The webinar is organized by the Professional College of Technical Engineers in Informatics and Graduated in Computer Engineering from the Region of Murcia and Nutanix with the participation of Movisat TecnoMovilidad, the National Association of Public Environmental Companies, ANEPMA, the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces and Sercomorsa.
