| City Council and Aidemar sign an agreement for the professional practices of the students of the Mixed Employment and Training Program that the SEF teaches in San Javier | The 15 students participating in the Mixed Employment and Training Program taught in San Javier to obtain the professional certificate in "Social health care for dependent people in social institutions" will carry out their professional practices in Aidemar, thanks to the agreement signed between the mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo and the president of Aidemar, Francisco García. The students of the "San Javier Assist II" program will dedicate eight months to carry out an activity of social interest consisting of caring for people with different levels of disability and dependency as a complement to the theoretical professional training they receive throughout the one-year program of duration in which they will receive a remuneration equivalent to the minimum interprofessional salary. The mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo thanked Aidemar for his collaboration in this new course of the regional Employment and Training Service, SEF, which is taught in San Javier with the collaboration of the Department of Employment, "through which it is facilitated job placement for unemployed people through specific and paid vocational training for one year ".
Students are hired by the San Javier City Council with a training contract from the beginning of the program financed by the SEF for a total amount of € 291,547.05 The purpose of the Mixed Employment and Training Program is the job placement of unemployed people through their professional qualification alternating with actual work.
This course, in which unemployed people between the ages of 25 and 54 participate, began in August 2020 and will last until August 2021.
Along with vocational training, students receive guidance, advice and professional information for their search of employment. In order to obtain the Certificate of Professionalism in "Social and health care for dependent persons in social institutions", they will carry out their professional practices in Aidemar, by virtue of the agreement signed between the mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo and the president of Aidemar, Francisco García.
