Three students of IES Mar Menor, Nasreddine Boutib, Ainhoa ​​Martinez and Yassine Habchich, all sports have achieved a feat of school sports going to qualify to be part of the selection Murcia Cross Country and participate in the Championship of Spain to be held on next February 21 in Burgos.
None of the three athletes belong to a running club or federation were so merit is twofold since the only competitions in which they participated are related to school sports.
They were excellent results in the Regional Final Cross Country Program Sports School Age, held last January 31, which opened the doors to participate in a qualifying phase for the Championship of Spain organized by the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia where they again surprised with magnificent careers.
Nasreddine ran 4824 meters in 16:24 minutes, leaving just 9 seconds of the first, male youth category.
Yassine ran 4344 meters in 15:26 minutes in male cadet category and Ainhoa ​​ran 2750 meters in 11:04 minutes, in female cadet.
