The director general of Transport and Ports Costas, Salvador García-Ayllón met today in the city of San Javier with the mayor, José Miguel Luengo and Council of Tourism, Antonio Martinez and Utilities, Maria Dolores Ruiz to address various issues its competence that are of special interest to the municipality.
The mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo asked the general manager technical support from the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructure for conducting an in-depth with which the government team aims to improve public transport in all districts of the municipality .
At the meeting other issues like building boardwalks and other actions contemplated in the Strategic Plan for the Revitalization of La Manga, and the study location of access points to boats at the municipal level within the framework of ITI were also addressed del Mar Menor.
The mayor also interested not only for the tourism revitalization measures provided for in the ITI but on the actions of environmental recovery under the European project approved for the Mar Menor as collecting runoff in the Rambla del Albujón, placement green filters, tanks storm, or waist collector plans to develop the Ministry of Environment as a belt in the lagoon.
