From now on it it will be easier to communicate neighbors to City Hall any incident detected in urban infrastructure and public services through the service offered by the mobile application Green Line implemented by the City of San Javier.
Councillor for Public Services, Maria Dolores Ruiz and Town Planning, Antonio Luengo presented today the mobile application Green Line that allows citizens to communicate from your mobile phone with photo included, any deficiency or malfunction in public facilities, in the moment they discover.
The application also allows to respond to citizen who can also track the status of the processing of the complaint until the final resolution of it.
The application download is free and available on Play Store or the App Store as Android or iOS available, selecting the APP Green Line and the municipality.
Once downloaded, the citizen may communicate its incidence from the mobile by selecting the type of incident and the application will automatically detect the exact coordinates in which it is located, but may also do so manually from a different place to where there has been .
Techniques conducted a case study in which showed how once sent the incidence, citizens receive on your device notification thereof with a code that can be used to track the development of the process to be initiated immediately by the municipal services or, where applicable, to companies responsible for service contracts awarded to which will be forwarded.
Once resolved the incidence citizens receive a notification on their mobile.
The mobile application will be compatible with other procedures such as www.lineaverdedesanjavier.es website which can be accessed from the municipal website www.sanjavier.es, to perform the same procedure.
Both the mayor of Public Service, Maria Dolores Ruiz as the Town Planning, Antonio Luengo agreed on the improvements that will mean for both neighbors to the City Council this system "with which we take a step in the updating of municipal procedures in line with new technologies imposed by the Information Society ".
Both also invited the neighbors to download the application and use of this new tool, totally free, which will contribute to the solution of incidents more quickly and easily, avoiding other means of communication slower.
