The Civil Protection and Emergency City of San Javier has activated four places relief on the beaches of the municipality;
two watercraft rescue and emergency ambulance in La Manga, all as part of the operating who daily attend any eventuality that may arise during these holidays in which a significant presence of visitors and tourists are expected.
These material means will be in charge of a team of eight lifeguards, two coordinators and two technicians in health emergencies, to which must be added the operating regular service in which operators of the terminal command and control of the 112 involved human device San Javier, SAMUR ambulance, two technicians in specialized emrgencias in rescues at sea and those responsible for management and coordination of service.
Civil Protection of San Javier has a permanent professional service throughout the year attending emergencies and emergency ordinariness, protection plans of the great social, sporting and cultural events unfold and work closely with the Association of Volunteers, dependent on the City Council, whose members are essential in the preparation of any event.
Relief stations are activated in La Manga, Playa del Banco del Tabal (north-side of the Mediterranean) and Mistral Beach (Mar Menor).
In Santiago de la Ribera, aid stations are Barnuevo Beach and the beach Castillicos.
