They were selling fruit, with invoices and false invoices, in weekly markets
They have been clarified three crimes
The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia, within the 'Plan against theft on farms and livestock farms', has developed a research aimed at clarifying the removal of large quantities of mandarins on a farm of San Javier, which has resulted in the arrest of four persons as alleged perpetrators of crimes of burglary and forgery.
The investigation began after civil guards ROCK equipment (burglar in the field) were aware of the abduction of fifteen tons of tangerines on a farm of San Javier.
The Civil Guard has found that the products were removed at different times, but with the use of the same method: breaking the perimeter fence of the farm.
Being large quantities of perishable goods, whose consumption should be done in short periods of time, the Meritorious has ordered the inspection of different weekly markets in the area.
The result of these inspections, members of the ROCA teams have detected two stalls in San Javier, where mandarins similar to the varieties sold stolen, so sellers have requested delivery notes of purchase.
Investigations carried out later have allowed to know that the documents had been falsified and that had not been issued by the companies that they appeared.
Research has identified and arrest four people, three men and a woman, Spaniards, aged between 19 and 38 years who are credited with authorship of the alleged crimes of burglary and forgery.
Detainees and the proceedings initiated have been made available to the Magistrate's Court in San Javier (Murcia).
