In the official statement, the spokesmen for the Popular group, Socialist Citizens and Earn San Javier state that "as representatives of the people in the City of San Javier, we, at this time, special suffering of the Ecuadorian people, express our solidarity and affection for the families of the thousands affected by the earthquake on April 17 ".
