The mayor, José Miguel Luengo and the Councillor for Social Services, Estíbaliz Masegosa today joined the CEO of Women, Alicia Barquero who traveled to San Javier to present a course on responsibility and conciliation under the gender perspective, which has now begun in San Javier, with participants from municipalities throughout the region and is also celebrated in Ricote, Lorca and Cehegín.
It is a regional training project, launched from the Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities aims to train the staff of the municipalities in the region in the field and especially directed to employees engaged in processing subsidies on this issue.
The course consists of 30 hours spread over six weeks and is funded by the European Social Fund.
