General Air Academy held today an act of homage to the flag hoisted on a roundabout Sea Doors Santiago de la Ribera, to celebrate Armed Forces Day, commemorated on Saturday 28 May.
The ceremony was chaired by Colonel director of the AGA and the mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo, was attended by the commanders of the AGA, the Municipal Corporation, a squad of students of the military institution and hundreds of neighbors that they wanted to add to the celebration.
Colonel director of the AGA, Pablo Sanchez de Lara and the mayor of San Javier, José Miguel Luengo entered the gazebo for reviewing the Forces before a speech on the Day of the Armed Forces which led to the 11 hours, the raising of the flag to the tune of the national anthem played by the Band of the AGA.
Civil and military authorities subsequently moved to Sandoval Avenue where a military parade with which the ceremony commemorating the Day of the Armed Forces at the headquarters of the General Air Academy was held closed.
