The general director of Youth, Fran Sanchez and Councilwoman Youth, Estíbaliz Masegosa presented today at the IES "Ruiz de Alda" San Javier, the Club of Languages, a regional initiative that reaches San Javier and aims to promote the English certification of young people to increase their employment and academic opportunities.
The Club Language is an intensive two-week course with classes from Monday to Friday, from 17h to 20h focused on preparation for the Cambridge exams that certify the level B1, in addition to enriching the curriculum, accessible certain higher education and jobs, said Fran Sanchez.
The presentation was attended by the president of the Local Council of Youth, Maria Reyes Galeras, the center's director, Juan Manuel Sanchez and youth correspondents, the Councillor for Youth Estíbaliz Masegosa explained that classes will be held from 13 to 24 June classrooms IES "Ruiz de Alda".
The course, which is aimed at young people between 16 and 30 years with youth card, has a minimum of 17 seats and a maximum of 25. The price per 30 hours is 40 euros, and free for young people who come from the program Youth Guarantee.
Fran Sanchez highlighted the fact that they are young graduates of the University of Murcia those who give classes, which are also giving them the opportunity they face the working world.
The general director of Youth recalled that in the region of Murcia seven out of 10 young people without work have little training "so you work to try to remedy the situation from the regional government."
Youth Councillor, Estíbaliz Masegosa encouraged young, San Javier and the region, to take this opportunity to improve their English and specifically prepare for the exam that certifies the B1 in English.
