The best breeders of canaries in the Region of Murcia and from all over Spain gathered in San Javier 2 will be given to November 6 in the fourth Murciano Regional Ornithological Contest organized by the Association of Ornithology San Javier, along with St. Peter's Pinatar, Los Alcázares and Pilar de la Horadada (Alicante).
Sports Councilman Carlos Albaladejo accompanied by Germán Tezanos, president of the organizing committee and the president of the Ornithological Federation Murcia, Benigno Marble presented this morning in the city of San Javier the Regional Contest "that will attract thousands of bird lovers you will see the best examples of Spain between 4000 expected to be received ".
Albaladejo recalled that the Regional Contest Murcia, held for the first time in San Javier, includes a contest of painting and drawing, organized by the Department of Culture, to promote the event and love birds among younger, under the title "birds are your friends."
Papers may be submitted until October 28 at the Department of Culture.
The exhibition will open to the public at the headquarters of the contest which will be located on a ship equipped for the occasion, along Pitín Stadium, San Javier.
The public can admire the birds into competition, canaries, parakeets and lovebirds and which will be examined in detail by a total of 20 judges, according to the categories of color, position, or exotic, among others.
Germán Tezanos highlighted the high concentration of breeders which will provide the Regional Contest, which have already signed 2,500 copies, which is expected to expand to 4,000.
Tezanos thanked the cooperation of the City and agreed with the president of the Ornithological Federation Murcia, Benigno Marble encourage the public to visit the exhibition family "because it is a different event that will surprise you."
