The service Green Line, which allows citizens of the municipality have a direct channel of communication issues with the City Council, received a total of 2,040 notifications since it was launched in March this year until last October, as it reported by the Councillor for Public Services, Maria Dolores Ruiz.
Among the incidents reported through this service which citizens can use from your mobile phone, 86% have already been solved and the most frequent were those relating to parks and gardens, followed by street furniture and signs, pests and lighting.
The mayor Maria Dolores Ruiz highlighted the success of this service cooperation of citizens whose first results show that it is a useful tool for both neighbors to the City Council at the time of solving any incidents that may occur on public roads .
Ruiz highlighted the excellent reception of this service by citizens who make continued use of it and thanked the local involvement in improving their municipality.
Councillor for Public Services, also stressed the high level of early resolution of incidents, reaching 86% of the total, while others require more time.
The Green Line service can be used by downloading the application on a mobile device through which citizens can report an incident is detected at any time on the street adding even a photograph taken at the site of the occurrence, geographic location by the application itself.
The notification goes directly to the City Hall where the procedures are initiated to provide a solution.
In addition, citizens will receive mobile notifications on the state in which the incidence is reported.
Downloading the application is free and is achieved by connecting to Play Store or App Store, from where easy and intuitive way, the discharge occurs.
