The City of San Javier has invested 6,000 euros in the renovation and fitting of two children's classrooms in the Conservatory of Music and a large closet to guard instruments.
Also, recently, another 6,500 euros have been invested in equipment and computer equipment that has been allocated both to management and teaching work in the music education center.
The Councilor for Education, Catalina Pérez explained today during a visit to the Conservatory, accompanied by the director of the center, Francisco Javier Martinez, that the works carried out have made it possible to adapt the two classrooms to groups of children aged 4-5 years and 6-7 years, which occupy them with new furniture adapted to their age.
Also the floor has been replaced by another one of platform and painted the walls.
Catalina Pérez explained that a custom cabinet has also been manufactured in order to be able to safely store musical instruments according to the demands of the management team.
The mayor of Education reiterated "the commitment of the City of San Javier to continue improving and adapting the facilities to the needs that are emerging in the center to contribute to the quality teaching offered."
The director of the conservatory Francisco Javier Martínez highlighted the functionality of the new children's classrooms "that have gained both comfort and safety since the furniture of which has been designed is specifically designed for each age for what is gained in safety and comfort, To which is added the new floor of platform ".
Martínez also emphasized the security provided by the custom designed cabinet for the correct maintenance of the instruments.
