The new warehouse to be built by the FCC company, concessionaire of the municipal solid waste collection and street cleaning service in San Javier, "will allow to optimize this recently renovated service" said the mayor, José Miguel Luengo during the placement, this morning, Of the first stone of the ship that will have 2.090 m2 built, on a municipal plot of 2.752 m2, located in the polygon Alto del Villar II.

The building, whose works will be completed for the coming summer, according to FCC Zone II director Manuel Ramírez, will have a storage area of ​​1,856m2 that will house the parking of up to 31 heavy vehicles, with spaces for workshops , Waste and recycled materials.
It will also have an administrative area, with capacity for about 25 people, consisting of two floors of 117m2 each, which will house toilets, dressing rooms, reception, file, offices, meeting room and staff training.
The new complex that occupies an entire block of the industrial estate, with access by the road of La Union, includes a large outdoor patio area where will be located the machinery laundry, fueling area, and external services as well as A space of separation and control of spills.
The mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo stressed the good functioning of the new municipal service, and the improvement that will entail this new infrastructure whose construction, financed by the company, on a parcel of municipal cession, is included in the contract for the award of the service, Which also states that once completed, the building will become municipal ownership.
Luengo highlighted the extensive renovation and expansion of the new service in the number of containers, as well as personnel and machinery "with an obvious improvement and with the intention of continuing to improve."
He also noted the effort made by the company awarded with the City Council in civic awareness "because the cleanliness of our streets and public spaces is a matter in which we must all involve ourselves."
