The Bank of Time has started the course with a great activity derived from an extensive program that includes 42 weekly workshops to which are added the quarterly workshops of which the successful automation workshop has already been celebrated and the workshop recycles art.
The volunteer Pepa Pastor offered the automation workshop attended by 13 people who learned how to improve the care of their skin and how to make more use of makeup at home.
Other new people chose the workshop given by Monica Cristina de Faria in which they learned to make decorative objects with discarded materials.
The program of workshops in the last quarter of the year is completed with the workshop "How to speak in public" and "Relaxation in movement", held on Friday 25 November, and others such as Laughter therapy, and preparation of the Curriculum and personal interview.
All the Time Bank workshops are free.
To participate in any workshop you must be enrolled in the Bank of Time as a volunteer so that you can return the received with your own time, either by giving a course or by general volunteering.
