Dolores Zapata Egea, which last August turned 92, was yesterday the Grandmother of the Dance, in the homage that every year dedicate the patron saint festivities to the elders of San Javier.
The title of Grandfather of the Dance went to Mariano Nuñez Pérez, who at 86 years of age was the oldest male among all those present at the party, who once again filled the hall of the civic center of San Javier.
The mayor, José Miguel Luengo and the councilor Catalina Pérez delivered a bouquet of flowers and a gift to the honorees, both from San Javier.
The Queen and Ladies of the parties performed as hosts at a party that began at five in the afternoon with a snack and dance with orchestra that lasted throughout the afternoon.
