The Mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo and the Councilor for Public Services, María Dolores Ruiz have met today in the City of San Javier with Carmen Gil, president of the Federation of Associations of Murcian People with Physical and Organic Disabilities whose technical office is going To work on an Accessibility Plan in all schools of the municipality.
So the mayor asked Carmen Gil in a meeting in which it was also agreed that the architect of the technical office of Famdif be part of the jury to assess, in terms of accessibility, the works presented to the international competition to be called soon to The integral remodeling of the Almansa Park, in San Javier.
During the meeting, which also included the technical architect of FAMDIF, the collaboration agreement maintained by both institutions was renewed, through which the City Council contributes 2,500 euros to the non-profit entity that provides its technical and financial services. The mayor valued the collaboration with FAMDIF whose objective is to improve accessibility in the municipality, with concrete actions that have already been carried out in accessibility on beaches, as well as in parks, streets and public spaces.
