The festivities of San Javier are in their final stages, after the celebration of Patrón, on Saturday, February 3, in which the traditional concert offered every year by the Music Unit of the General Air Academy in Which, to the public's surprise, the Eagle Patrol joined the party with a pass while their anthem sounded, over the municipal auditorium.
The day of exaltation of the Patron gathered hundreds of people in the procession with the image of San Francisco Javier through the streets of the center of the town until it reaches the Plaza of Spain where a musical pyro show took place that filled the venue with lights, With fireworks thrown to the sound of music from three sides of the square.
The Band of Music of San Javier closed the act with the interpretation of the hymn to San Javier.
The program continues with the show played by the rocks that takes place tonight at 22:00 in the municipal tent.
Tomorrow, the elaboration of the "world's largest" egg custard will be held on Tuesday in the Jabalina street park, in the area of ​​the municipal sports center.
Juan Antonio Álvarez, Paella Gigante Mediterránea, is the promoter of the attempt to enter the Guinness of Records, sponsored by the company Trabis, and with the collaboration of the City of San Javier.
About 50 people are expected to be involved in the process, in which 5,000 eggs, 700 liters of milk and 200 kilos of sugar will be spent.
The cooking will take at least 6 hours, with a first stage of curdling, to the water bath on wood, and another one of cooled with ice.
The music completes the first bridge of December, with a rock night, tomorrow, Tuesday, December 6 from 20:00 in the municipal tent with Kavando to Pala, Los Parakememeo, Marabunta and Los Porretas.
On Wednesday, December 7th at 9:00 pm, the winner of the Ruta de la Tapa will be announced, and later, at 11:00 pm, Mikel Erentxun will perform in concert, with free assistance until capacity is reached.
One of the most multitudinous acts, the parade of floats will close the parties on Thursday 8 December.
