The street cleaning is very advanced thanks to the absolute dedication from the last 48 hours of all the municipal services and the street cleaning company, who have dedicated themselves exclusively to the cleaning and washing of streets.
The Civil Protection services, already focused on the water drainage, after the assistance phase for people, expect to finish in 48 hours the attention of the 250 notices received in total, many of them for water drainage in basements, thanks to the reinforcement Received this morning the SGS company dedicated to issues of Safety and Emergency, which provides four trucks and eight bilge pumps, a Civil Protection staff of Molina de Segura and volunteer students of the training center "Hespérides", Civil Protection and Emergencies .
The service counts in total with 80 people working in different shifts.
In schools, classes resume tomorrow after the damage assessment carried out by the Minister of Education and his technical team, which will be remedied with emergency works, focusing mainly on water leaks and access arrangements.

Damage assessment
In a first assessment of damages, the City of San Javier provisionally amounts to 2,600,000 euros damage caused by the storm in infrastructure and public buildings, which is estimated that 1.050.000 corresponds to beaches that have been seriously Damaged, loss of sand, opening of debris, and damage to furniture.
The totality of the beaches of Santiago de la Ribera and La Manga, in 12 kilometers of beach to Mar Menor, and 15 to the Mediterranean, need repair, to a greater or lesser extent.
The damages in infrastructure of general sanitation networks, electric, sidewalks and streets ascend, in a first valuation to 527,000euros.
The repair of the damages caused on roads would amount to 650,000 euros.
In buildings and public schools, with damages mainly of leaks, breaking of fences and outdoor furniture, damages are calculated for 173,000 euros.
The sports facilities will need at least 112,000 euros for damage caused by leaks in the La Manga pavilion, and the Sports Center, El Mirador sports courts, and damage to tennis courts, among others.
Municipal housing for families at risk of social exclusion has also suffered damages for which repair will require 180,000 euros.
In the agricultural sector, according to the figures provided by farmers, the losses can amount to 17 million euros, of which 60% corresponds to greenhouse plantations, 30% to citrus plantations and the rest to Irrigation systems and other agricultural infrastructures.
There is no damage data on private property.
Up to now, 200 people have been targeted for damage caused by water entering their properties during the first 24 hours of operation of the service.
