The director general of Educational Quality and Professional Training Fernando Mateo met today in San Javier with the mayor, José Miguel Luengo with whom he held a working meeting to discuss issues related to the new regional map of professional education that prepares the Ministry of Education .

Fernando Mateo, who later visited the IES "Mar Menor" and "Ruiz de Alda", where he met with their respective directors, explained that the new organization of professional training cycles in the Region will be made taking into account the real professional demand, the Regional geographic distribution to avoid concentrations, and consultations with municipalities and centers.

The Mayor of San Javier José Miguel Luengo thanked the Director General for Educational Quality and Vocational Training, accompanied by staff from his department, to analyze the educational offer of the municipality and plan improvement, and claimed for San Javier studies that give Response to the labor demands of the business sector.
