Grupo Corporativo Caliche will change the headquarters of its headquarters in the Region of Murcia.
The company has acquired a modern building located in the street Santa Elena de San Javier, next to the highway AP7.
In total, these facilities will welcome more than 200 workers.
The new space will move all departments of the company, except Transport and Logistics.
These two areas will be maintained in the space that they now occupy in El Mirador, where Grupo Calativo has 38 loading docks and a logistic warehouse with more than 42,000 cubic meters of capacity.
The new offices of Grupo Corporativo Caliche have over 2,500 square meters of area divided into three floors and a basement, and are located on a plot of 11,000 square meters.
In the construction of this emblematic building were invested in time 5.7 million euros and has the latest advances in energy efficiency and home automation.
Work will begin next week to adapt the space to the needs of the company and the transfer will be carried out progressively, with the aim of being complete before the month of June.
The growth experienced by Grupo Caliche in recent years and its commitment to diversification has motivated the acquisition of this new space with capacity for up to 1,500 people.
During 2016, the company has increased its turnover by 21% over the previous year.
This data is based on the growth experienced in international transport services, with over one million tonnes distributed to 150 countries, and telephony, where through One Telecom is the second European operator for SMEs in Orange.
