A total of 180 gymnasts will gather on Sunday 29 January in San Javier to celebrate the II Regional Championship of Aesthetic Gymnastics Group that will bring together nine teams from Murcia, Cartagena, San Pedro del Pinatar and San Javier.

Councilor Carlos Albaladejo and Juan Carlos Muñoz, Secretary of the Club Gymnastics for All, San Javier, organizer of the tournament along with the Federation of Rhythmic Gymnastics and the City of San Javier, presented this morning the competition that will take place from 11 to 14h in the pavilion of the sports center of San Javier.

Juan Carlos Muñoz explained that it is the II Tournament of the year in the Region of Murcia in which all categories, from 6 to 16 years old, will compete.

The children's team of the club of San Javier, made up of girls from 10 to 12 years old will make an exhibition.

The Junior team of San Javier, the only one in regional competition, was second in the I Championship held in Cartagena.

Juan Carlos Muñoz invited the public to attend the pavilion to witness the Tournament and learn about this discipline "which continues to increase the number of licenses each year."
