The Estacio bridge will be operational again from this afternoon at 18:00 when it has been opened normally, giving continuity to the usual opening hours in winter in even hours, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The bridge has been without service, for the passage of boats, since last Monday due to the rupture of the solenoid valve that drives the lifting of it, an extraordinary fact that has forced to import the spare from Germany, not being between the stock Of usual parts for maintenance by SICE, the company in charge of the service.
The unusual breakage of the solenoid valve that has forced it to be brought from Germany, from where the manufacturing company comes from, has caused the company to take the opportunity to incorporate a second one among the available parts to guarantee the greatest possible agility in the workings of Maintenance of the bridge that last December passed its last technical review by the manufacturing company.
